Founder of the company, Mr. Dilip Shah is a  Chemical Engineer with postgraduate qualifications from USA. Since December 1979, the company was engaged in trading of Polymer Products as one of the family group companies. Aseem Trading Corporation was established in 1991 as a separate organization. Since then the concentration has been on development and marketing of PTEE industrial products as well as solution provider for different industries.

Over a period of time the organization has built up a reputation of an innovative company due to its continuous efforts for development of new products.
